If a post fails to publish, it will appear in Content → Published with a Failed badge.
Common reasons
| Error | Fix |
|---|---|
| Token expired | Reconnect the channel |
| Media too large | Compress the file and repost |
| Caption too long | Shorten the caption for that platform |
| Unsupported format | Convert to MP4 (video) or JPG/PNG (image) |
| Platform API error | Wait a few minutes and try again |
How to retry
- Go to Content → Published
- Find the failed post
- Click Repost
- Make any necessary adjustments
- Click Post Now
