OwlKonnect is a social media content management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish posts to their connected social media accounts including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All content you publish through OwlKonnect
• Ensuring you have the right to publish content to the connected Pages and accounts
• Complying with Facebook's, Instagram's, and Google's respective Terms of Service and Community Standards
• Keeping your OwlKonnect account credentials secure

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OwlKonnect to:

• Post spam, misleading, or illegal content
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts

5. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account to OwlKonnect, you authorize OwlKonnect to publish content on your behalf only when you explicitly initiate a publish action. OwlKonnect will never post automatically without your direct instruction. You can disconnect any account at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through OwlKonnect. By using the Service, you grant OwlKonnect a limited license to transmit your content to the connected social media platforms on your behalf.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OwlKonnect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. Social media platform API changes may occasionally affect functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

OwlKonnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from content published through the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OwlKonnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
